Plans change. We get it. Here is exactly what you get back at every stage — no surprises, no buried admin charges.

| Within 7 days of build deposit (cooling-off) | 100% refund minus the 1.5% Stripe processing fee. |
| Day 8 — before we've started sourcing your vehicle | Deposit refunded minus a flat $200 admin fee. |
| After vehicle sourced, before you approve it | Build deposit refunded. The 12% / $1,500 min vehicle sourcing & admin fee is non-refundable (we already inspected, towed, processed paperwork). |
| After Stage 2 paid — build started | Pro-rata refund based on work completed. Vehicle + installed gear become yours to take, or we sell on consignment via Rig Exchange. |
| After handover | Guaranteed buyback via Rig Exchange (terms apply — typically 70–80% of original purchase price depending on condition + months held). |

Email info@adventurerigs.com.au with your order ID, or call us on 0468 066 381. Refunds processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Changing your mind mid-build
Want to swap an item before install? No charge if we haven't ordered the gear yet. After ordering, the manufacturer's restocking fee (typically 15–25%) applies to whatever you swap out.
Faulty gear / warranty
- 12-month build warranty on every install (workmanship, wiring, plumbing, mounting).
- Manufacturer warranty on every branded item — Dometic, Renogy, Joolca, ARB, Darche etc. We handle the claim for you. You don't have to deal with their support lines.
- If a fault stops your trip, we'll arrange roadside or post you replacement parts to the next caravan park. We've done this six times already in 2025/2026 — we know the routine.
Disputes
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a refund or warranty claim, email info@adventurerigs.com.au with "DISPUTE" in the subject line. The founder (Chris) personally reviews every dispute within 48 hours. If we can't resolve it, you can escalate to NSW Fair Trading.
