Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum data needed to build your rig. We never sell it. Here's exactly what, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, phone. Used to manage your build and confirm handover.
• Order details — your configurator selections, payment status, build progress photos linked to your dashboard.
• Communication — emails, SMS, and call recordings tied to your order, so we have a single source of truth on what was agreed.
• Usage data — pages visited, configurator interactions. Standard analytics only (anonymised IP, decline via the cookie banner).

How we use it

• To fulfil your build and keep you updated by email, SMS, or phone.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, build updates, handover, post-purchase support).
• To improve our products and configurator UX. We never sell your data to third parties.
• For legal compliance — RWC, transfer of ownership, ATO records.

Who sees it

Our two-person ops team. Stripe (for payments), SendGrid (for emails), Twilio (for SMS + calls), and Google Cloud (for build photo storage) process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of everything we hold on you.
• Correction — fix anything that's wrong.
• Deletion — ask us to wipe your account (we keep order records for 7 years for tax law, but personal identifiers are anonymised).
• Opt out — reply STOP to any SMS, or hit the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Cookies

Essential cookies (login, cart) cannot be disabled — the site doesn't work without them. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, anonymised IP) can be declined via the cookie banner. We don't use ad-tracking cookies.
