Sydney collection — we send an Uber Black for free.

Flying in or staying in Sydney? On collection day we organise a complimentary Uber Black from your hotel / Airbnb / airport to our Lower North Shore HQ. Just send us the address the day before.

Buying & Deposit

Yes — within the first 7 days (cooling-off period) you get 100% of your deposit back, minus the 1.5% Stripe fee. Day 8 onward, before we source your vehicle: full refund minus a $200 admin fee. After vehicle sourced: deposit returned minus actual loss (typically 5–15%). Full schedule on our /refunds page.
