Yes, with the standard exceptions: Day 1-7 from paying Stage 1, before we've started sourcing your vehicle — full refund minus the ~1.5% Stripe processing fee Stripe doesn't return to us. Day 8+, before we've matched your vehicle — refund minus a flat 15% admin & sourcing fee on the deposit. After we've matched and paid for your vehicle — refund minus a 20% admin fee, non-refundable custom-order items (e.g. Boxed Fitouts), and once we resell the vehicle. Paid consults ($200 / $500) are NEVER refunded — they cover our time and the slot we held for you; if you proceed they credit against your Stage 3 final 50%, if you don't the fee is retained.
